Bei Verwendung einer ungeeigneten Klausel besteht im Schadensfall unter Umst\u00e4nden keine Klarheit, wo der Gefahren\u00fcbergang erfolgt ist. H\u00e4ufig wird beispielsweise die Schiffstransport-Klausel CIF auch f\u00fcr reine Stra\u00dfeng\u00fctertransporte verwendet. Bei dieser Klausel hat der Verk\u00e4ufer die Gefahren des Verlusts oder der Besch\u00e4digung der Ware zu tragen bis sich die Ware an Bord des Schiffs befindet.
